Square Bottom Polythene Bags
Square bottom polythene bags are clear polyethylene liners with a flat, box-shaped base. The squared bottom sits flush inside a carton, pallet box or crate, so the liner opens fully and the pack stays square instead of bulging. Made from LDPE or HDPE, the film is flexible, tear resistant and a barrier against dust and moisture. Contents stay visible, which suits machinery, parts, ingredients and bulk goods. Width, depth, height and thickness are cut to the box and the load. Bags can be clear, tinted or printed, packed loose or on rolls, and closed by heat, tape or a fold. Factory supply covers standard sizes and full custom runs.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mailer Box
Mailer box or RSC — which should I order?
Use a mailer box when the pack is opened by the customer and print or a clean close matters. Use an RSC when the job is plain freight, high volume and lowest board waste. A mailer uses more board than an RSC of the same cube.
Which flute should I specify?
E flute is the default for print and a slim mailer, about 1.5–2 mm. B flute is thicker and more puncture-resistant, about 3 mm, for heavier kits. Step up to double-wall EB or BC only when packed weight or drop risk is too high for single-wall.
Can mailer boxes be printed?
Yes. One to four colour flexo is the usual production print. Full colour works best on E flute or a white outer liner, by digital or litho-lam. Kraft takes a simple logo well; a white face is better for photography.
Single-wall or double-wall?
Single-wall E or B flute is the default mailer. Use double-wall EB or BC when packed weight or drop risk is too high for single-wall. Specify wall grade by packed weight and stack height, not by print alone.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the print method. Digital short runs can start in the low hundreds. Flexo and litho-lam are usually quoted from about 1,000 units, because the plate or print setup is spread over the order.
What should I put on the PO?
Style (tuck mailer or lock-bottom), inner L × W × H, flute, single-wall or double-wall, kraft or white liner, print colours, and quantity. Add ECT if the filled box will be stacked.
