Fine-Flute Sheets in N, G, H, F and E
Micro-Flute Corrugated Sheets
Micro-flute corrugated sheets use N, G, H, F or E profiles to put a fluted structure into a thin, print-ready board. JINGPAK supplies 2-ply single-face wraps, 3-ply single-wall sheets and thin 5-ply pairs such as EE, EB, FE, GE and HE. The close flute pitch gives a smooth litho or flexo face, lower pack cube and a recyclable alternative to folding carton. Specify this family for mailers, cosmetics, electronics and retail cartons.

Applications of Micro-flute sheets
Micro-flute sheets put a fluted core into a thin, print-ready board. JINGPAK runs N, G, H, F and E in 2-ply, 3-ply and thin 5-ply pairs (EE, EB, FE, GE, HE). The close pitch gives a smooth litho or flexo face, lower cube and a recyclable stand-in for folding carton. Use for: mailers, cosmetics, electronics, retail colour boxes, food sleeves and die-cut inserts.
Frequently Asked Questions About Micro-Flute Corrugated Sheets
Which flutes do you supply?
N, G, H, F and E. Typical 3-ply caliper runs from about 0.7 mm (N) to 2.2 mm (E). G and H height is mill-defined; we lock it on the purchase order, for example H-flute 0.80 ± 0.10 mm.
What ply counts are available?
2-ply single-face wraps, 3-ply single-wall sheets, and thin 5-ply pairs: EE, EB, FE, GE and HE. We do not quote 7-ply / triple-wall on this grade.
Can micro-flute replace folding carton?
Often yes for cartons that need a little more rigidity or a recyclable fluted wall. G, H and F are the usual substitutes. Confirm fold, crack and print on a sample before mass production.
Is it strong enough for shipping?
It is for light e-commerce and retail units, not for pallet-high industrial stacks. For general export cartons use B or C flute; for crate-class loads use 7-ply board on a separate sheet.
What printing works on these sheets?
Litho-lamination and offset on E/F/G/H; high-definition flexo on E and F. Name the print face and coating (varnish, aqueous, film) on the spec.
Do you cut custom sheet sizes?
Yes. Sheets can be cut to carton blanks, pads or wrap rolls. State L × W, flute direction and which face is outside.
What should I put on the purchase order?
Ply (2 / 3 / 5), flute letter plus locked height for G/H/N, liner grades, print face, sheet size, and the note “not B/C/A shipping flute; not 7-ply.”
How do I get a sample?
Send target size, flute, print method and pack weight. We issue the micro-flute data sheet (TDS-CP-MICRO) and a sample before bulk production.
