Strong like wood. Light like paper.
Honeycomb Cardboard Sheets
Honeycomb cardboard sheets are lightweight sandwich panels with a hexagonal paper core between kraft or white liners. The cell structure gives high compression strength at low weight, so the sheets can replace wood blocking, EPS pads and heavy corrugated in transit packaging. JINGPAK makes cut-to-size honeycomb cardboard sheets in custom thickness, cell size and liner grade. Typical panels run 10–50 mm and can be scored, slotted or die-cut into layer pads, top caps, partitions and crate walls. Use them for appliances, furniture, automotive parts and pallet protection. The board is paper-based and recyclable. Share load, stack height and cut style for a factory quote.

Frequently Asked Questions About Honeycomb Cardboard Sheets
How are they different from corrugated cardboard?
Corrugated board has flutes running in one direction. Honeycomb cardboard has a hexagonal core that carries load more evenly and usually offers higher flat-crush strength at a similar or lower weight.
What thickness can you supply?
Common packaging sheets are 10–50 mm. Thicker panels are available for crate walls, furniture cores and pallet decks. Thickness, cell size and liner grade are set to the load.
Can the sheets be cut or customized?
Yes. Sheets can be cut to pallet size, scored, slotted or die-cut into top caps, trays, blocks and custom inserts.
What liner options are available?
Kraft liners for industrial packaging, and white or printable liners when the face needs a cleaner look or marking.
Can honeycomb cardboard replace EPS foam or wood?
Often yes for layer pads, blocking, crate panels and appliance/furniture protection. It is lighter than wood and recyclable as paper, unlike EPS. Share the packed weight and stack height so the right thickness can be specified.
Are the sheets recyclable?
Yes. They are paper-based and can usually go into standard paper and cardboard recycling when clean and dry.
Do they resist moisture?
Standard grades should be stored and shipped dry. Moisture-resistant liners or coatings can be added for humid routes.
What information do you need for a quote?
Length, width, thickness, estimated load or stack height, kraft or white liner, and whether the sheet will be used flat, die-cut or as a pallet pad. Volume and destination help with lead time and packing.
HS code used for export?
The HS code used for export is 4823909000
What is the lead time after PO confirmation?
The lead time is 7 days after PO confirmation.
